The award is open to female leaders of any nationality who have achieved recognizable success overseeing organizations in the Philippines that have advanced the nation's economic and/or social standing in the eyes of the world.
A. Leadership Commitment - Candidates should have demonstrated measurable and recognized success while leading an organization to a new level of growth or achievement while inspiring and empowering others to be leaders and people of integrity.
B. Pioneering Achievements - Candidates for this award should have introduced solutions that are considered breakthrough, unique and innovative in their field and of recognizable national or international importance that advanced the economic and/or health status of the nation. Candidates should demonstrate that their pioneering achievements have resulted to improved conditions, whether in terms of financial growth, better health and quality of life, family relationships, etc.
C. Sustainability and Scalability - Candidates should show how their initiatives or solutions are sustainable and can be expanded, with long lasting positive effect to a large number of people domestically and internationally.
D. Social Commitment - Candidates should have shown a strong commitment to helping in the overall well-bring of others and be seen as inherent in the nature of the solutions, initiatives, or business.
