Diversity Company of the Year



This award is open to organizations in the Philippines that demonstrated proactive acceptance and respect for human differences.  Human differences may include, but are not limited to race, religion, gender, gender identity and physical ability.

A.  Management achievement - The management team should have demonstrated specific situations or projects where the organization embraced diversity and inclusion across the company's operations, policies and procedures 

B.  Recognition - Recognition or merits received will provide additional evidence on relevance and significant of the program 

C.  Pioneering Achievement - The diversity and inclusion program should be demonstrated as unique, innovative and trend-setting. 

D.  Social commitment - The management team should have demonstrated a long lasting and sustainable commitment to the company's continuous diversity and inclusion programs.

The majority of demonstrable results, major new activities or initiative(s) should have occurred within the current calendar year but may have begun earlier.
